ROTI LEMBUT GEBU


Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera. 

Lama betul tak update blog. Semangat berblogging semakin suram ni...hihihii...

Okey, kali ni nak share resepi roti yang gebu dan lembut sesuai dengan namanya. Resepi datangnya dari Anie Japri (fb) dan telah dikongsi semula oleh Mas Duniaku. Jom tengok resepi.

ROTI LEMBUT GEBU

Bahan-bahan:
500 g tepung high protein
250 ml air peti sejuk
1 biji telur
30 g susu tepung
80 g butter/majerin
1 tsp garam
85 g gula
1 paket yis (11g)


Cara penyediaan:
a) Bread maker 
  • Masukkan semua bahan cecair ke dalam bread maker. 
  • Masukkan bahan-bahan kering.
  • Tekan set nombor 8 untuk doh. 
  • Bila siap, keluarkan doh dan bentukkan doh. Biar naik sekali ganda.
  • Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 160°C selama 15-20 minit. (Waktu membakar ikut perangai oven masing-masing ye).
b) Mixer (cara saya)
  • Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kering ke dalam mangkuk pengadun. Putar perlahan biar semua bahan bercampur gaul.
  • Masukkan majerin dan uli seketika.
  • Tuang air peti sejuk sedikit-sedikit sambil terus menguli. Uli hingga doh licin dan elastik.
  • Keluarkan doh dan timbang 50 g setiap satu. Bentukkan dan letak dalam loyang yang telah dilengser majerin.
  • Biar doh naik sekali ganda (lebih kurang 45 minit - 1 jam, bergantung kpd cuaca dan suhu bilik). 
  • Panaskan oven pada suhu 150°C. Sapu atas doh dengan susu segar atau egg wash dan bakar selama 30 minit. 
  • Bila masak, keluarkan roti dan terus sapu permukaan roti dengan majerin untuk mengekalkan kelembapan.

NOTA NADZ: 
  • Nadz taburkan sebahagian doh dengan gula pasir dan sebahagian lagi dengan cheddar cheese di permukaan roti sebelum mambakar.
  • Sedikit doh Nadz tabur daun parsley untuk dibuat garlic bread.
